Bridging the miles: Hundreds of local Filipinos will walk four miles around Mile Square Park on Saturday to raise money for Rosario Lansangan, an ailing music teacher who was voted the Philippines' Outstanding Teacher of the Year in 1995. The Southern California organizers said they want to raisemoney to fly Lansangan to a Whittier Hospital for heart surgery.
